Rivers State Deputy Governor, and Senator-Elect of the Rivers West Senatorial District has implored the Rivers People to vote massively for the Gubernatorial Candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, Sir Siminialayi Fubara and the PDP House of Assembly Candidates in the upcoming Governorship and State Assembly Election on the 18th of March, 2023.
Dr. Banigo stated this during her thank you visit to the people of Obuama, for their support to her during her election, in the Degema Local Government Area of the State on Friday, 10th March, 2023.
According to the Deputy Governor, “There is another event coming up on the 18th of March when we need to vote in our Gubernatorial Candidate, Amaopusenibo Siminalaiyi Fubara as the next Governor of Rivers State he is a good man, he is very effective in his work, he is an efficient technocrat, he was a civil servant and you know these civil servants know politics more than politicians.
I know he will perform very well and he is taking with him a female who will work with him very well, just as I have been working with our Governor to make sure we continue to have peace, progress and development all over Rivers State”.
The Senator-Elect expressed gratitude to the People of Obuama for their peaceful disposition and support during the Presidential and National Assembly Election, stressing that she was amongst three females who received their certificate of return from INEC as Senator- Elect in Abuja.
