Today, the Deputy Governor of Rivers State and the Senator-elect for the River West Senatorial District, Her Excellency, Dr (Mrs) Ipalibo Harry Banigo, DSSRS received her Certificate of Return from the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), as a Member of Senate representing the Rivers West Senatorial District of the National Assembly.
The occasion which took place at the International Conference Centre in Abuja had in attendance the Rivers Senators-elect for Rivers East and Rivers South East, Chief Allwell Onyesoh and Sen. Barinada Barry Mpigi who also received their Certificate of Return.
