Rivers State Deputy Governor Dr. Mrs Ipalibo Harry Banigo has felicitated with Pastor David Ibiyeomie as he celebrates his Birthday on Wednesday, 21st October, 2020.
In a statement from the Government House in Port Harcourt on Wednesday, 21st October 2020, Dr. Banigo described Pastor David Ibiyeomie as a great Evangelist and a True Soldier of Christ, who has positively impacted on the lives of people, through his undiluted preaching of the Gospel of Our Lord Jesus Christ.
